We apologize for the inconvenience, but so many customers have requested that we release the 3.0 version as soon as the software is ready, that we have decided to not wait for the completion of the new online help system and manual and instead publish the product once the software has passed our final release-level quality assurance testing. We are still working on completing the new v3.0 documentation and the new Tutorial section is unfortunately not yet ready.
